My name is Rick Champagne. My family and I proudly own and operate Northern Dents Inc. I am a Vale National Certified Master Craftsman in the fine art of Paintless Dent Removal. I have over 30 years experience in the auto body shop and reconditioning business. From major collision damage to professional auto detailing, I have done it all. I began performing PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) in 1997 and knew right away that this is what I wanted to master. My early years of PDR consisted primarily of repairing dings and dents for dealers, and I very rapidly became the preferred vender in my area. In 2002, I began repairing a few hail damaged vehicles and very quickly decided to pursue hail damage. I knew that the techs that specialized in hail repair were considered to be the best of the best in PDR and I was committed to join them. In 2003, I switched to strictly hail repair and have never looked back. I absolutely love what I do, and it shows in every job that I do. I am very fortunate that my family is also part of my team and we can be together while being away from home. Specializing in hail damage does require us to travel to where the storm hits, but that is also part of what makes my job exiting. We have seen places and met friends from all parts of the country. I am also fortunate to network with some of the best techs in the business.
